Artur Khachatryan, President of the International Association of Public Diplomacy Experts (IAPDE), held a working meeting with H.E. Mr. Khalid Shawabka, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Moscow.
During the talks, the parties discussed ways to further strengthen cooperation between Russia and Jordan.
Particular attention was paid to the potential of using public diplomacy tools to develop bilateral relations.
Artur Khachatryan emphasized the importance of cultural exchange and educational programs between the two countries. He noted that the IAPDE is ready to serve as a platform for organizing joint events aimed at strengthening mutual understanding and trust between the peoples of Russia and Jordan.
H.E. Mr. Khalid Shawabka expressed interest in expanding cooperation with the IAPDE and supported initiatives aimed at developing public diplomacy. He noted that Jordan highly values its relations with Russia and sees public diplomacy as an important tool for strengthening them.
