"Civilizations in Art: An Exhibition that United Russia and the Dominican Republic"

On October 30, 2024, IAPDE President Arthur Khachatryan took part in the event organized by the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in Russia, which was held in the Moscow City Duma. As part of this significant event, images were presented which form an exhibition about the first events in the New World entitled "New World: Meeting of Civilizations."

The Chairman of the Moscow City Duma A.V. Shaposhnikov delivered a welcoming speech to the audience. He noted the importance of cultural exchanges for strengthening international relations and increasing mutual understanding between peoples. In his address, H.E. Mr. Alejandro Arias Zarzuela, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Dominican Republic to Russia, also stressed the importance of creating a platform for dialogue and cooperation through art and culture.

The guests of the exhibition were expected to immerse themselves in the rich world

of Dominican culture, represented through bright and expressive images. This event was another step towards deepening friendship and cooperation between Russia and the Dominican Republic, opening new horizons for joint initiatives and projects.
