Solemn Reception Marking the 33rd Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan

On September 9, 2024, the President of the International Association of Public Diplomacy Experts (IAPDE), Arthur Khachatryan, participated in the solemn reception given by the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation to mark the 33rd anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The event was attended by numerous guests, including members of the Federation Council, deputies of the State Duma, top-level officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and several other ministries and authorities in Russia, from accredited diplomatic missions in Moscow, as well as representatives of the media, academic and cultural figures.

H.E. Mr. Davlatshoh Gulmakhmadzoda, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation, delivered a speech.

In response, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Andrey Rudenko, addressed the guests, wishing the friendly people of Tajikistan peace, prosperity, and wellbeing.

The solemn reception was accompanied by a cultural program.
