Farewell Ceremony for V.N. Kazimirov, Distinguished Soviet Diplomat, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR and Russia

President of the International Association of Public Diplomacy Experts, Artur Khachatryan, with the Association’s Vice President, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Vladimir Zaemsky, attended the farewell ceremony for the distinguished Soviet diplomat, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR and Russia V.N. Kazimirov.

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that a seasoned diplomat, a mentor to multiple generations of Soviet and Russian diplomats, and a patriot who defended the country’s interests both in the Central Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at distant frontiers, has passed away.
