IAPDE President Artur Khachatryan held a meeting with H.E. Mr. Panha Pichkhun, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Moscow.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for the further development of cooperation between the Association and the Embassy, highlighting key areas for joint work and possible initiatives aimed at strengthening bilateral relations.
