IAPDE President Arthur Khachatryan participated in the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference, which took place on November 14-15 at the Odintsovo branch of MGIMO University.

The event was organized by the Department of Regional Management and National Policy of MGIMO in cooperation with the Russian Public Relations Association and supported by the International Association of Public Diplomacy Experts.
