On the Meeting of IAPDE President Arthur Khachatryan with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uganda to the Russian Federation

On July 23, 2024, a working meeting took place between IAPDE President Arthur Khachatryan and H.E. Mr. Moses Kawaaluuko Kizige, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uganda to the Russian Federation.

During the meeting, the development of cultural, scientific, humanitarian, and economic ties was discussed.

The parties also considered the possibility of establishing contacts between IAPDE and the senior leadership of the Republic of Uganda.
