Artur Khachatryan, President of the International Association of Public Diplomacy Experts (IAPDE), held a working meeting with H.E. Mr. Hassan Gull Hassan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan to Moscow.
