The Signing of Cooperation Agreement with the Association of Russian Diplomats

The International Association of Public Diplomacy Experts (IAPDE) has signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Association of Russian Diplomats (ARD).

On behalf of IAPDE, the agreement was signed by the Association's President A.M. Khachatryan, and on behalf of the Association of Russian Diplomats, it was signed by I.V. Khalevinsky.
