On the meeting with the Ambassador of the State of Palestine in Moscow

Artur Khachatryan, President of the International Association of Public Diplomacy Experts (IAPDE), held a working meeting with H.E. Mr. Abdel Hafiz Nofal, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to Moscow.

The meeting took place in a constructive and friendly atmosphere.

The discussions touched upon the current state and prospects for the development of Russian-Palestinian relations in the context of public diplomacy.
