On the Meeting of IAPDE President Artur Khachatryan with Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay in Moscow

On September 10, 2024, a working meeting was held between IAPDE President Arthur Khachatryan and Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay in Moscow, Mr. Carlos Federico Kiroga Kremelya.

During the meeting, the prospects for cooperation in the fields of cultural, humanitarian, trade and economic relations were discussed.

In particular, the parties considered the possibilities of collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uruguay, as well as with local non-profit organizations. They agreed to prepare a memorandum of understanding for signing.
