On the reception marking the 34th anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia

On October 14, 2025, upon the invitation of H.E. Mr. Gurgen Arsenyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Moscow, IAPDE President Artur Khachatryan attended an official reception marking the 34th anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia.

Every year on September 21, Armenia celebrates Independence Day — its main national and state holiday.On this day in 1991, the people of Armenia voted in a national referendum to declare independence from the Soviet Union, which the republic had been part of since 1921.
