IAPDE President Artur Khachatryan took part in an event in solidarity with the Palestinian people, marking the 77th anniversary of the Nakba and the 58th anniversary of the Naksa.
On September 4, 2025, an interfaith prayer for peace and the protection of the holy sites of Palestine and Russia was held on the grounds of the Embassy of the State of Palestine in Moscow.
The event was attended by the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Russia, H.E. Mr. Abdel Hafiz Nofal, and the Director of the charitable organization "Create Good."
Participants also included:
-The Ambassador of the League of Arab States, alongside ambassadors from Arab, Muslim, and other friendly countries;
-Representatives of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Federation Council, and the State Duma;
- Religious leaders from the Russian Orthodox Church, the Russian Council of Muftis, Islamic clergy, representatives of the Jerusalem Patriarchate and Muftiate, as well as other Christian denominations;
- Public figures, human rights activists, and representatives of culture, arts, and media.
