On February 25, 2025, upon the invitation of H.E. Mr. Rashed Al Adwani, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait to the Russian Federation, IAPDE President Artur Khachatryan attended a diplomatic reception on the occasion of the 64th National Day and the 34th Anniversary of the Liberation of the State of Kuwait.
Kuwait became an independent state on June 19, 1961, following the termination of the treaty on the British protectorate.
The official reception was attended by members of the diplomatic corps in Moscow, as well as public and political figures.
