On Expanding IAPDE’s International Presence in the South Caucasus

By Order of the President of the International Association of Public Diplomacy Experts (IAPDE), Mr. A.M. Khachatryan, Mr. Karen Shakaryan has been appointed as the Association’s Representative in the Republic of Armenia.

Mr. Karen Shakaryan holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and is a diplomat and expert in the fields of international security and South Caucasus regional policy. He specializes in the analysis of regional and global security issues, as well as in the study of relations between Russia, Western countries, and the states of the South Caucasus.

This appointment has been made within the framework of IAPDE’s efforts to promote international cooperation, expand the Association’s network of representatives, and strengthen expert engagement with international partners.

IAPDE consistently develops international cooperation in the field of public diplomacy, contributing to professional dialogue, humanitarian cooperation, and stronger public ties among representatives of different countries.

The appointment of an IAPDE Representative in the Republic of Armenia marks an important step in expanding the Association’s international presence and strengthening cooperation throughout the South Caucasus region.
