On October 3, 2024, a working meeting was held between IAPDE President Arthur Khachatryan and H.E. Mr. Gurgen Arsenyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the prospects for the development of the international situation and Russian-Armenian relations, and agreed to maintain mutually beneficial contacts in the interests of bringing the peoples closer together through public diplomacy.
