On February 24, 2025, a working meeting was held between IAPDE President Artur Khachatryan and H.E. Mr. Vinay Kumar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Russian Federation.
During the conversation, the parties explored prospects for cooperation between the Association and the Embassy.
At the Ambassador's proposal, IAPDE plans to establish a partnership with the "Indian Association of Retired Diplomats" to implement joint projects and share best practices.
